My ankle area tends to hurt me, any advice?

Hello any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated 🙏
So my left ankle area has been bothering me on Nd off for months now but it tends to get better at somepoint but recently its come back and now i noticed this, its never been like this before, both my ankles area are also achy but it's my left one that's like this...any advice please? Guidance? I'd really appreciate it very much.
