Tingling arm and leg

I havw tinglings in both arms and legs but not at same time, currently its my left arm and leg tonight and it only goes away when I am up and moving. Im trying to sleep and I cant sleep because of it. I had thought it was restlessness but Im on venlafaxine (for depression) and that med usually helps with that.
