Difficult to explain?

This situation is so difficult to explain... I keep forgetting what's happening. I just remember how painful it is and the dire situation that I need help. How would I explain this do my doctor? Attaching my chat with my friend. I really don't believe it's night terrors or sleep paralysis because I was up and moving just was unable to get off the bed.
