What is this¿ pls help im worried

I’m a 23 y/o male and I’ve had these little pimple like things (won’t pop) on my penis shaft and only under the head for a little while now and when I went to the doctor to get checked for any std’s my results came back negative so I have no clue what these things are and/or how to treat them.
