I threw this up. Should I go to ER?

I have been having this stomach ache for the past day and was burping nonstop for the past 3 hours. Then I had this urge to vomit and just did but it came with black specs and this small soft black piece that felt like plastic. I’ve never seen this before. Should I be concerned?
