So I used to be a paramedic and have worked for about 6 years in nursing homes. I donated blood recently and after I received a letter from the red cross saying I had a reactive HIV antibody test but negative on the second test they do I am so scared now I have it. I have told my wife who donated at the same time and tested negative. I mean this is eating me away. I have no health insurance and so I can mot curently afford to test myself. I know it means if I have antibodies to it I have been exposed. Someone logically talk me down from this hill
