So for the last month or so I’ve been having some breathing trouble. It feels like I’m not capable of taking a deep breath, I can maybe 1 out of every 10 breaths I take. It starts to make my chest feel constricted and it burns mildly. I’m not a smoker nor have I ever been, and I’ve never done anything related to it like vape or smoking weed. I’m 24 and not in the best shape but not considered obese by my doctors. But lately I’ve started to notice another issue, I’ve been feeling an increasing uncomfortable pressure on the lower left half of my rib cage. And it’s uncomfortable to move around in that area most of the time as well. There have also been time there’s been a pulsing thud in that are, a slow uncomfortable throb. Not painful, just uncomfortable. So now it’s becoming even more difficult to breathe because I can feel it in that lower left area of of my ribs. It leads to me feeling nauseous and light headed. The only other main issues I’ve noticed is I can barely eat without feeling overly full or sick. For three whole (separate) days in the last week I haven’t ate anything because I wasn’t hungry. The final issue is I’ve been bruising badly all over my legs and I don’t hit or hurt them hardly ever. I don’t bruise easily. It takes serious physical trauma for me to bruise. I only included the appetite and bruising issues because they began around the same time as the breathing and uncomfortable area in my ribs. Overall I worry about work the most because I’m a welder in a factory and there’s no climate control. It can get very hot and stuffy in there, so breathing in the summer was already difficult to begin with.
Does anyone know what this could possibly be?
I have an appointment the day after tomorrow with my family doctor so hopefully he can find something out.
