Blood Pressure Spike
Post Body

Hi there! I just started monitoring my blood pressure daily, and I jokingly said I should check my blood pressure while I'm crying to see how it reacts.

Well, I checked and got a nasty surprise. My normal blood pressure is 120/70, but when I was crying it jumped to 120/100.

My heart is being monitored and I'll hopefully see my specialist soon, I just wanted to ask for a second opinion. Should I tell my doctor about this, or is it normal for blood pressure to spike when you're crying?

Thank you!
