Itchy skin around eye — eye itself is fine

Hey I’ve been having itchy eyes for the last few months but lately it’s been unbearable. I think it’s eczema on my eye lid. The skin around my one eye has gotten puffy and red and feels scaley. If I go to urgent care in the morning, can they give me something for it? I looked at teledoc with my insurance and I think urgent care is cheaper and faster to get help than a dermatologist. Is this the right move or should I wait for a derm?
