Can someone tell me what this means? I went for a CT scan because I have had a slightly elevated WBC count. Kind of scared so Iā€™m hoping someone can translate for me

Impressions 1. Prominent right axillary, mediastinal, and upper abdominal lymph nodes are nonspecific. Lymphoproliferative process not excluded. Recommend further clinical evaluation. 2. Loosely scattered tiny peripheral and peri-fissural micronodules. 3. Diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver
