Hello! So something I've had over the years is not a pain but more of a numbness or tingle in my chest.

I would say center of chest, then go towards the left breast. It's under my left pec, breast whatever you want to call it. From time to time it feels a little numb or tingles and feels numb to the touch.

I don't have chest pain or anything so I'm not worried about heart issues. When I sit down or lay down it usually goes away. This leads me to believe it's possibly a pinched nerve bundle due to my back. You could say the feeling ir around the first rib right under the left breast.

I'll be making an appointment with my doc but was curious. I am overweight a bit, and haven't been to the gym in a while. When i was going to the gym i never noticed anything.

Thiughts?
