Throbbing pain in rear end

So I was having intercourse with my wife and as soon as we took a water break it felt like a fart, then it felt like a throbbed my pain about 2 inches abov my anus. I also noticed my testicles had risen up like shrinkage but wayyyyy more than usual. Now the pain is in my balls. It seems the more they drop the less pain I have, any ideas on what’s going on here? Swollen prostate maybe? . .
