Fibreglass rash

I opened an Amazon box that has styrofoam packaging and within 10 minutes I started getting a rash on the palms of my hands. Tiny red dots, really itchy and then a burning sensation. My partner seems to think I came into contact with fibreglass.
I have washed my hands over and over but it's not getting any better. It's been three days and I still have a painful, itchy rash. Tips on how to fix this?
