Left Ear static pain

So backstory when I was young I had tubes in both my ears but they always fell out so now I don’t .
whenever I listen to music loudly or loud sounds my left ear has this feeling/hears like tv static mixed with rumpling of paper inside it sticks around for a bit even once sound is gone it has to almost balance out . Curious what it is Thanks
