Why do I have chest pain and gas?

For past few hours I have had on and off pain in my left chest, pain in my shoulder blade, and gas. This didn’t start happening until I had food at a restaurant with my girlfriend and it started to build up gradually. It’s not a heart attack because I don’t feel nausea, no cold sweats, no pain in the jaw, and it’s been going on for almost 10 hours now. If someone could point me in the right direction and bring down my anxiety a little, I would deeply appreciate.
Update: I just had some painful bowl movements and the pain in my shoulder eased up. It’s hurts still but not as much as before
