I can’t breathe! Literally. Is this Anxiety or do I have a respiratory problem? Perhaps because of COVID?
Post Body

It started a few weeks ago after I had a somewhat flu. My whole body was aching and I was extremely tired. My body temperature was okay but I assume it’s because I was taking antipyretics.

I noticed when I’m lying down, I can’t breathe properly. Even after I was no longer sick. Like there’s something solid blocking the top of my throat! I ignored it, because all I have to do to be able to breathe properly is change my position into a more comfortable one. However, 2 days ago, I couldn’t sleep because no matter what position I was in, I was having trouble breathing. Even when standing up or sitting down! I don’t know what’s happening and I’m worried. Until now, while typing this, my breathing problem is still present.

Normally, I would go to the hospital right away when I’m feeling that there’s something wrong. But since we have a lockdown here, I am trying to avoid that option as much as I can. Does anyone know what this could be?
