Not being able to bend my head over for a long period of time
Post Body

Sorry if the title is a little bit weird, but I'm not sure what to say about my situation.

I'm 22, African-American female. I don't take any medications.

For about 2 years now I started having a hard time laying my head down or bending over to pick something up for a long period of time. It kinda feels like my head isn't getting enough oxygen (or feeling like blood rushing towards my head). It doesn't happen all the time, but most of the time. Most times when I do bend over or laying my head down, I would get a temporary visual disturbance (if that's what you call it) when I look side to side, but when I get up it goes away.

I thought at first that I may have vertigo, but I don't get dizzy or lightheaded (I don't think so). I kinda struggled to explain to my doctor how my head feels, but a few doctors suggested I drink plenty of water (I told them I don't drink much water) as they may think that's what causing my issue. I have been drinking water but not much has changed. Another doctor did mentioned to me that I may need a tilt table test to check my blood pressure when I lay down. But I haven't went to a doctor for that yet. There were times I mentioned my situation and they may not know what to say.

Has anyone had this issue before? Maybe I need the tilt table test?
