Post Body

I have this for 6 days now, and I'm still pooping a lot and has intense stomach cramps. So from what I understood is I just have to wait it out and let my body build resistance to the virus. What I don't understand is why did the doctor asked me to go back to work (monday) when this is viral? Would I not be sent home? I also don't want to go to work because the stomach cramps really makes me not able to function. Also if you could give me advise on how to deal with the stomach cramps of a stomach flu it is welcome.
