Split Hand ALS/MND Hand Atrophy

Just wondering for everyone's opinion does this look like split hand (I know we aren't professionals lol) . I had an EMG/Nerve conduction study done almost 3 years ago and it was clean but my hand never use to look like this. Added a couple of photos. Just didn't know if it looks like split hand and I should get another EMG done?

I also added the EMG notes for people's viewing from a couple of years back.
