Joints feel numb and warm?????

Post Body

I woke up this morning and my joints were stiff as usual, but my shoulders were hot to the touch and I can’t feel them at all, nothing more than a tingly pins and needles sensation and I feel really weak and can’t even keep up my head straight. I took my temperature and everything is completely fine (although my temperature is a lot higher than the normal persons) i have tried having a hot shower because usually that helps with my stiff joints in the morning but I could barely feel anything from the water and when I got out the shower I couldn’t feel the cold air and I just got tinglier. I couldn’t really find anything specific online because of my situation being so not talked about, so I thought I’d give it a shot here.

to give some extra context, I’m 17 turning 18 and i have an official diagnosis of JIA polyarthropathy , i went for treatment of corticosteroids in 6 sessions in may. I was prescribed prednisolone (steroid tablets) six weeks after that and now I take methotrexate weekly as a form of injection under the skin. All in all this has been really stressful for me mental health wise too. But I’m hoping that maybe soon I can get a combination of treatment that actually works well for me, as the steroid tablets stopped working after the 4th week and I’m off painkillers due to them being too addictive
