What causes these ecg readings?

I know Apple Watches are not the most accurate readings especially being a one lead but I can FEEL these palpitations as it’s happening. I have a holter monitor on and an appointment set with a cardiologist but I’m just curious what could be causing this? It happens for hours while sitting or laying down. I’m a 28yr old female with a history of asthma and suspected POTs.
