I don’t know if this is dumb or not but I’m 28 years old, female and just been absolutely struggling to exist for the past year between pain and complete exhaustion I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia after having a negative ANA and Rheumatoid factor test. That was like September of 2023 and since then new symptoms seem to keep popping up and slapping me in the face. I’ve felt very dismissed and ignored by a lot of doctors and I want to avoid that this appointment now that I’m finally seeing a rheumatologist. I want to go in and explain a little of what has been going on but then showing him these notes as well as pictures of different symptoms. Is that too much? I just want to be taken seriously and listened to I can’t keep living like this.
