I have searched far and wide online about healing time with breaks in bones. Because my situation is quite specific I'm having a hard time getting answers. I've attatched a photo for reference. I've started training at the gym again and very slowly I'm regaining muscle and strength. I can do cable chest workouts and machine workout BUT... I can't do a pushup with my bodyweight without serious pain in humerus wether nerve or just bone pain. My question is, can it take over a year to do a pushup without pain? I just need some hope. I've been defying the odds with an accident. Hit head on, on my motorcycle broken pelvis 2 places, ( I'm now running 14 min miles) 💪 broken nose and maxilla, 10 plates in my face, lost 2 teeth. I'm getting implants and my face is almost fully healed 🙌 but this damn arm is taking FOREVER. I'm greatful but I'll admit I'm not used to not being active and my patience is challenging me.
I put pain level in flair but the pain is only when applying body weight. I'm pretty sure I also have a rotator issue from the atrophy.
Thanks!!!
