Called urgent care and they said there's nothing they can do.

From what I've read, it is a good idea to take NSAIDs, get extra hydration, cool compress, and maybe aloe Vera and/or olive oil.

Anyother remedies for it? I'd prefer natural treatments, but if it's severe enough then I'll do whatever I need to.

Forgot to mention my forehead is also very swollen. The rest of my body is just typical red Sunburn. I'm used to that 😂 but the facial swelling is concerning, embarassing, and apparently amusing to people who look at me 🙄
