Potential ACL/MCL tear

Skiing accident this weekend resulted in a twisted knee and trip to the ER. X-ray was clear but can’t get an MRI until next week. My general pain has subsided but remains at scream-gasp-inducing levels in 2 positions. The first position I can’t achieve without significant pain is completely straightening my leg. The second is demonstrated with a stock photo below. Wondering if anyone can tell me which ligament is likely being impacted?
