Itchy then i get dermatographia?

I randomly get uncontrollably itchy. It usually starts in a spot on my back, i itch it and it comes back immediately, and then within 5 minutes my entire body is so itchy i could mentally break down, the only thing that helps is taking a REALLY hot shower to like burn the itch away. I also noticed, when this happens i get dermatographia. i have that normally, just a crazy mild case of it, but when the itching starts, i could scratch my leg so very gently and it’s gonna come up super dark like 15 seconds later. That part doesn’t bother me it’s just the crazy itching.
