Books About Depression/ADHD and Managing/Understanding It?
Post Body

Seeing as how I've been on a waiting list for therapy for two years and every personal idea to deal with my clinical depression has not worked I've come here to ask for book recommendations, be they medical journals, study compendiums or hell anything really. I'm tired of being sick and tired, and "Waiting for my turn in line" after 7 years of a depression that cleaves through 99% of my efforts. I'll stop here as to avoid ranting, but I do want to vent my surprise at how my depression feels like it's churning into rage after waiting for two years plus the recent asinine phone call I had recently with some personnel.
