Help! My Finger is so messed up what do I do?

I honestly have no idea what to do, what started off as a little cut in the corner of my finer haze very quickly become oozing and now there seems to be some like, and sorry about this, some little growth growing over the nail. Now it’s swollen and hurts like a BITCH! Should I leave it alone or go to a doctor?
