pimple looking thing on back of my hand?

yesterday I had a tiny little bump on the back of my hand so I started to pick at it and this clear fluid came out. i put a bandaid on it before I went to bed because it was hurting a little bit and still open. I woke up this morning and had so much pain on the top of my hand and saw a full on whitehead looking thing. what is this???
