Very loud pop/troll in shoulder, but no pain
Post Body
Hello! I was lifting my gf up, my shoulder had very bad posture and we both heard the loudest pop I’ve experienced in my body. Certainly from bad posture and not being tight. It felt like in the rear delt. I know I need to get this instability fixed, but is there anything to be immediately concerned about if no pain afterwards? M 20s. Thanks!

I got you man thanks a lot for reply. I’ve heard and read that, had my own shoulder surgery years back myself for an actual acute injury. I’ve had this same pop before, but this one was just much more intense, my gf heard it too. Anyone in the room likely could have heard of it was quiet, no pain though which was surprising. Got through an entire back lift directly after with no real symptoms. Worried tomorrow i won’t be able to lift it but we’ll see hahah.
