My spleen and kidneys are smaller than average (8cm spleen, both kidneys a little over 10cm) is this concerning for an adult male?

28 male. 5’10 150lbs. Abdominal ultrasound was otherwise normal but did see this… is this concerning? Most of what I’m seeing implies these are a fair amount smaller than the norm.
