Post Body

My doctor very recently prescribed me Naproxen to take before my work shift due to my feet being in pain and needing treatment. I took a 500mg tablet shortly before 3:30pm.

And recently tonight (around 2:15am), a sore tooth began acting up, so I took 400mg Ibuprofen.

My doctor told me not to take them together. So I looked, and it says to not take Ibuprofen 8-12 hours after Naproxen.

Should I be fine?

I've been trying to look for answers, but every website I can find is very vague and just says not to do it. The most specific thing I've seen is that "you can get a tummy ache" which isn't very helpful for me.

There are a few things I'm experiencing but those could just be me feeling tired, as it's almost 3am as I'm typing this.
- Colors of similar shades (purple and black) are tending to blend together.
- My eyes hurt (could just be strain from my computer being tired)
- Felt a short pain in my chest, and it went away, but this just happens occasionally anywhere on my body (could just be me being hyperaware of everything I'm feeling and blowing tiny things out of proportion...)

I haven't taken them *together*. I figured since it was nearly 12 hours since I took the Naproxen at the start of my shift, it should be fine... but I'm starting to have doubts, so I'd like to ask for second opinions...
