Lost 35 pounds in a month without trying - whats happening?
Post Body

I dont know whats changed. I started eating less and losing a lot of weight. Im not depressed, I've been there and I didn't even loose weight this fast. Im not working out, but I am eating substantially less.

Im getting the eating habbit looked into, but just out of curiosity is losing 35 pounds (175 - 140 lbs) in 30 days just by eating less and being a loaf reasonable, or is this too fast and there is likely a health concern?

Just using reddit as a dr days before my appointment to satisfy curiosity haha.

Edit: some context.

I've always lost weight quickly, but only in a range. I think this is normal. I bounced between 175 and 165 forever. Its nor weird for me to loose 7 pounds in a day, but not like every day just could fluctuate between those two pounds quickly.

I make my meals the same for years, my portions were always regular. About a month ago I went a day without eating, just busy and plans went late. The next day I made my normal portion, but only ate half of it. My portions havent gotten less since, they're steady at about half what I used to eat.

I drink lots of sugar, like ill get a 1.5 liter slushee/slurpee 3-4 times a week. Never really thirsty though. Even when working 8 hours in the sun (i do herbicide stuff). So I dont think its diabetes or anything. I'll add more if I think about it.

Honestly I feel I've lived the live style of an obese person, with my portions and activity level. But my metabolism kept me blessed. I always thought my metabolism would kick it eventually and id gain lots of weight, never expected this though.
