Is this a first or second degree burn?
Post Body

I know this isnโ€™t rlly that bad or severe enough to be more than first or second (thankfully), but Iโ€™m curious. Happened at 6 pm last night while I was cooking took boiling water off stove, got startled by cat running into me and I spilled the boiling water all over my hand. Burned like a bitch and kept burning no matter how much cool water I put it under and everything, and it hurt to be able to use my hand at all so eventually we ended up at burn center to get it treated. Before wrapping it a couple nurses doctor said first degree and others said second so Iโ€™m unsure. What do u think?
