Wife having severe symptoms
Post Body

Hey all,

My wife’s body has always been weaker than the average person and she gets exhausted really quickly. The one preexisting condition we for sure know she has is PVCs constantly which was diagnosed when she was a kid. But the last couple weeks she has had tachycardia 110-120 is really the lowest it’s been and that only happens when she is laying down in bed for a while. As soon as she gets up at all her heart rate shoots up to minimum 130s sometimes all the way up to 170. If she tries to get up and do anything her heart rate shoots up and she starts feeling nauseous and her face turns white with a yellowish tinge. Multiple times the past week or two she has thrown up with any activity. Even walking from the car into the house causes her to throw up several times now.

Her feet are constantly swelling up along with her face being overly puffy. This comes and goes. She feels out of breath getting up to do anything and Sometimes very sharp stabbing pains and sometimes just pressure that feels tight and painful in her chest. 6-7 out of 10 pain. Sometimes she also has throbbing pains down her arms and up her neck as well. She is 35 years old.

She is very reluctant to go to the ER due to some past medical ptsd but will if it gets bad enough. I was thinking we could do telehealth with primary care doc and they could order bloodwork but I don’t want to miss something very serious and things get bad fast.

One other thing I will add in here is my daughter (12yo) has lupus sle, lupus nephritis, cerebritis, TMA, and renal failure. It kinda seems to me that a lot of the symptoms my daughter had during acute kidney failure are what my wife is dealing with now. Maybe since lupus can be passed genetically my wife also has it?

Any ideas of what could be going on? I realize we probably need to get her checked out but wanted to see if any of you had any ideas or think it’s serious enough to warrant ER.
