Okay so I’m 19 years of age and a man I’m also not in the best shape but it could be far worse, for the past few years I’ve dealt with pain in my chest. At first I thought the worst and believed it to be a heart attack but as I went through it more and more and eventually learned I was too young to have a heart attack without extreme stress or a weak/diseased heart. Most recently however I’ve been experiencing sharp pains in my left side that come for 5 or 10 minutes and then just go away for a few days like it never happened. The pain heightens when I take a deep or even normal sized breath or bend/twist my body to the right, but if I bend to the opposite side my ability to breath is much easier and less painful it’s still there but much better. I for the life of me can’t figure out what this is whether it’s a muscle problem or lung problem.
