My daughters arm is red after getting Meningococcal vaccine for a few days now. Should we take her to the doctor or is this normal?

Some background info - my 11 year old daughter is on dyalysis due to kidney failure due to lupus and TMA. She is on a huge amount of medications such as multiple blood pressure meds, a few immunosuppressants, prednisone and the typical supplants that come with being ok dyalysis.
