Doctors of Reddit, what is wrong with my foot? (Might be gross pic, so NSFW)

There is pain if I wiggle my toes, and walking is exceptionally hard.
It started as a callous, which to me is dead skin, at the center of the balls of my feet, and then I noticed a dark blob under my skin, then one more showed, then another. And now it is this. This all happened in about four days or so.
I am gonna see a podiatrist or urgent care latter today, but have grown in concern after I saw it this morning. It was not this bad when last I looked.
