So my boyfriend was exposed to Covid a month ago and never caught it. Then last week he was exposed to Norovirus and got that or what we assumed was norovirus bc his kid had it for 24 hours. My boyfriend had diarrhea for 3 days. Now bc of what is happening today I don’t think this was norovirus. Then got better. Now, last night he got a horrid pressure type pain in his upper abdomen much like gas pain. He said it’s like a tight fist moving around in his abdomen. He can eat fine but the pain wouldn’t go away. He took gas x and burped a lot and felt better. Then in the middle of the night last night the pain came back. He took more gas x, felt better after burps. Now today he woke up and has a low grade fever and the pain is back but triple worse. No other symptoms besides this horrid ball of pain and pressure in his upper abdomen (sometimes lower toward belly button) and the slight fever. Covid test was negative.
