Hello guys, Happy holidays ( we are still working on the FAQ, but this is a quick update). So there have been a few posts in the last months regarding Airbnb hosts asking for passport information and whether it is legal and required.
To summarize, yes. The Reglamentation on services changed about 2 years ago and started into effect last year with a deadline until November but the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism began an online service in 2021 to upload information of tourists for data purposes.
