No announcer, voice

I dont know if this is a bug or indication of low performance, but when I run the game on Amazon Fire tablet there is no sounds for any voice indicators (like the voice on beginning of round, targeting etc.). Run it on lowest settings and the framerate is stable, it works properly on my phone... Its a bit annoying. Tried to reinstall and didnt work.
