What's up /r/Mechanics!
I have a little brother (21 years old), who's been working at a diesel truck repair shop for a year now. He lives with a few friends near a college and walks six miles to work and back each day. I feel really bad for the situation he's in, but he's doing SO good at his shop and is working SO hard for the circumstances he's in.
Anyways, one thing about him is that he doesn't wear shop gloves so his hands are perpetually dark & oiled and he say's it's "too expensive" to keep clean. I want to solve this for him, for Christmas.
Do you guys have a solution? Are there gloves out there? Mechanic soap? Anything!?
Thanks so much!
