Hello, I found these 2 while I was cleaning an old shed with a friend and he told me to keep them and I was wondering if it is safe for my car engine to use after all these years.. (almost 30 years since prod.date)

I hope you know I was being sarcastic. I've owned two F-150s with the 3v 5.4s. Won't own another. Now I'm regretting getting one with the 5.0 in it.
