Pentel PD515 Pop'npop?

I ran across another odd-ball side clicker from Pentel: PD515 Pop'npop. In my notes the PD515 is a Jetclic and looks like a cross between a Technoclic and a PD345. This one looks more like a PD345. Here is a page that has some good pictures:

Are these the same size as the PD345? Are they only grey and black? Does anyone have one of these?
I am assuming that they are Japan-only.
