Brakes grinding when wheel is on

I just installed a new knuckle assembly. Brake pad and rotors were done about 1k miles ago and all was good but now after i put everything together my car was making a grinding noise. I started to look into it and pads are rubbing against rotors. Wheel gets very hot obviously. When i take the wheel off i can free spin the rotor and all works well as soon as the tire is back on it wont spin. Any ideas?
