Battery replacement resulting in rough idle (2010 Ford Mustang V6 Base)

Just replaced battery this morning on 2010 Ford Mustang. I did the relearn procedures in the owner manual, and it didn’t fix anything. The engine continues sputtering, stalling when stepping on the throttle, etc. It does need an oil change ASAP, so I was going to add a little, along with maybe getting some fuel injector cleaner. Any advice would be helpful! Thank you!
