Should I drain Transmission Fluid?

Post Body

Hello all,

I have a Lexus 09’ LS 460 AWD and has about 153k miles. It’s had 3 owners and when it came to me being its new owner, I decided to do the tune up (spark plugs and what not). I noticed that the car has had original spark plugs, and my guess is none of the previous owners ever did a tune up. I’m going to bite the bullet and say they never changed the transmission fluid either

Well, to cut to the chase, should I drain and fill the transmission fluid after knowing all this info? Or should I leave it alone? I’m sure we all hear different answers as changing it could make it worse and/ or it being a gamble in the end

Thank you all for the responses either way!
