Hello, I have a 2019 Honda Grom with a 190CC ZongShen motor swap that recently started clicking on start. After replacing the starter the clicking then went from the starter motor to the separate starter relay, so I replaced that too. After replacing both the clicking noise is still coming from the starter relay.

The engine cranks from the pulley in both directions.

Bump starting the motor, it turns over but im pretty sure the carburetor needs to be tuned before it will stay on because it turns off immediately.

The battery is fully charged and supposedly in good condition.

a quick scan of the wiring tells me that they are all plugged in, there are no fuses on this motor, only relays.

sometimes I get half of a crank or part of a crank but not a full turn.

all led on the motorcycle turn off when the start button is pressed.
