Broken oven, no crock pot, lotta meat

Okay, so I have two HUGE roasts that I just thawed out from the freezer and my oven is broken. I found this out when I tried to preheat the oven for the roasts! I called my landlord and they can’t get a new oven until the 8th. Are there any other things to do with a chuck roast besides cook it like that? Not too much help from a quick google search, so I thought I would come here to strangers on the internet! Another question is- can I just throw it back in the freezer? It’s probably 3/4 thawed.
