I want to attempt at making a good Chuck Roast in the oven - but how long should I leave it for?
Post Body

I’ve seen people make really good looking Chuck Roasts on here - it comes out with a great pinkish/red center and crust.

I usually have heard sear both sides then cook for 350° until internal temp reaches 120° but my question is.. how long does it take normally for a chuck roast to cook to this temperature? 1 hour? 3 hours?

I would love any tips on this especially for amount of time it should be cooked! Thank you meat fam!
